Mission

The Hidden Springs/Estates Homeowners Association, an HOA managed through voluntary participation of elected homeowners, shall promote a friendly, family neighborhood environment while assisting homeowners with preserving and enhancing property values and improving quality of life within the community.  This shall be accomplished through Annual Community Contributions and programs that effectively and efficiently manage finances and support a clean, crime-free and aesthetically-pleasing neighborhood, where homeowners are able to maintain their property values and ensure a safe and respectable community for all residents.  This will be accomplished through the enforcement of existing Covenants and Restrictions along with close interaction with local and State governing bodies.
